Coombs (andi, sausage, sauce, saucy, wee sausage...
et al.):
I shipped my ass off to Florida just after Christmas
to start a new job. I was going to give up rugby for
a while to let my mangled shoulder heal. ...But the
other day I got the rugby itch. I contacted the Naples
women's team, "The Lady Hammerheads," and
I went out to my first session. I've had my position
designated already. They needed a fly half. Lord help
them! The weather permits training for almost 10 months
of the year! This gives me time to either improve,
or to break something more substantial than my nose...
only time will tell! Good luck to the felines this
year -- those who are putting on their boots for the
first time, and those who keep duct tape manufacturers
in business. Maybe you could go on tour in October
to Florida.... Oh, and... fell smish. |

Hall:
Hello Fellow Babies....... I
am not abroad, just on a little hiatus from the Felines
after playing with them for 5 years and playing a
total of 11 years of this wretched sport they call
Rugby!!! I am setting up base in Fergus, just a bit
west of Toronto and living the country life with my
Red headed Welshman! My old team mates from Guelph,
have already put the bait out to start another women's
team in the area, however I will be sitting out this
season to play Golf, maybe a little softball, and
work on my tan at the beach and campsite. My body
has revolted my leaving rugby by starting premature
seizure of all joints, so I am trying to keep active,
by keeping moving. So you may see my straight arm
in action again in the future..... To those new Felines
joining the team.. Fell Smish!!! To those older cats
still prowling the rugby grounds... when are you going
to visit???? Highland games???? By the way, I am now
of Official Dirty Thirties age -- and it feels great!!!!!!!!
On the Felines!!
